INGREDIENTS
1.78 lb. chicken thighs 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. onion powder 1/2 Tbsp. dry thyme 1 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp. paprika 1/2 tbsp. dry parsley 1 tbsp. creole seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp. adobo seasoning 1 tbsp. oil
Mix all ingredients together and rub on entire thigh, don’t forget under the skin.
Bake in oven, middle rack, 350 for 2 hours.
